The Robotics area is responsible for the design and programming of automatic machines, individual special purpose machines, other hand-held devices and storage tools.

Mechanical design
Our mechanical engineering design colleagues work with DS Solidworks 2020 design programs, which, in addition to the Solid CAM system, also enable the production of highly complex parts.
Elecrical design
Our electrical engineer design colleagues prepare the plans of electrical switchboards and controls with our Eplan design program. This software and our professional experience also provide the opportunity to perform complex work.
PLC programing, automation
We undertake of highly complex manufacturing processes automation, the programming of compact and modular PLC controllers.
For using new technologies, can reduce machine time, maintenance costs and improve energy consumption.

CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRICAL SWITCHBOARD CABINETS
Our electrician colleagues make the electrical switchboard cabinets on the basis of our own or received plans, from very small size to hundreds of amperes size, which we make in accordance with the customer’s needs and current standards.
CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRICAL CONTROL CABINETS
Our electrician colleagues also make the control cabinets of certain equipment based on our own or received plans, from specific elements, which are also integrated into the associated equipment if required.
CONSTRUCTION OF INDIVIDUAL PURPOSE MACHINE
Our company undertakes the complete construction and installation of individual purpose machines.
Our engineering colleagues assess and, if required, help determine the implementation of the task.
After the survey, mechanical, electrical (and pneumatic / hydraulic) plans are prepared, based on these plans the MPEX Milling & Tooling and MPEX Plate forming manufacture the necessary components, from which our specialists build.
Meanwhile, the writing of the PLC program starts in the background, which is final after the complete recovery of the hardware.
It is possible to perform the function and performance testing of the machines at our site, even in an ESD environment.
We provide the delivery and installation of the machine with the colleagues of Metal Parts Hungary Expert Zrt. who has got many years of experience.
After delivery and commissioning, we are present during the start-up of production and we are also partners in satisfying any additional needs.

MODERNIZATION OF OBSOLETE MACHINES
Our company undertakes the partial or complete renovation of old machines with obsolete controls or hardware elements, after the modernization it is easier to do the troubleshoot, the program is more transparent, and the necessary spare parts for the machine are available.
VISUAL CONTROL SYSTEMS INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Our company undertakes the installation, commissioning and periodic inspection of camera systems and visual control systems. Camera inspections are in demand in more and more area, as they provide high-precision feedback on product compliance or possible defects based on predefined parameters.
ROBOT PROGRAMING AND ROBOT CELL CONSTUCTION
We undertake the design, implementation and integration of robot applications into the environment:
• design, manufacture and installation of robotic grippers
• design and implementation of the environment required for robot applications
• programming of robot arms, integration into the system
• design and construction of robot cells using appropriate security systems
• expanding the functions of existing robots
• modernization and replacement of obsolete robots
